A COMBINATION OF CAREFUL PLANNING AND INNOVATION HAS PRODUCED THE DESIGN OF OUR FLAGSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN ROWES BAY.
Soiree by the Bay consists of two separate buildings, each containing 12 units. These range from spacious one bedroom units with a study, to three bedroom units with a study. Both buildings provide basement car-parking, one entrance facing Bundock Street and the other entrance fronting Primrose Street.
The two buildings meet at ground level, where the formal pool and common facilities are located for the residence convenience. The development undertook significant council and neighbourhood consultation to achieve the yield of 24 units.
