This development comprises of four two-story townhouses located in Northward. The development was sold prior to commencement and delivered in a 5 month construction period.

The success of this project was the basis for similar developments to follow, due to the large size of the townhouses and the modern design features. It also became a great reference point that would become the company’s signature for future developments.
