This site was acquired and put forward to the state government as part of the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan. We then developed the site on behalf of the State Government (Department of Communities). It was a risk-free development which was carried out with zero debt based on the State Government payment methods.

The construction consisted of 2 three story buildings comprised of 9 one bedroom units. The first tower contains 3 units, one on each level. The second tower contains 6 units, 2 units per level.
