Construction on The Residences and Hotel Indigo surged forward in October with great weather and excellent site conditions. Construction has seen some moderate programme gains with the bottom of the basement likely to occur prior to Christmas which is a great Milestone. The Tower Crane erection is due to occur in the first week of December which will be integral in driving the programme further.

In conjunction with the project stakeholders there are multiple workshops occurring which are progressing the Hotel finishes, general interior design progression across the project, Lobby and Lift Designs, Food and Beverage offerings along with the working with the operators to ensure that the end proposals are of the highest quality.
