During the month of February 2019, all pad footings were completed, the under-slab drainage was completed and the B1, B2 and Lower Ground slabs were poured bringing the project up to street level which is a significant milestone.

The remainder of the perimeter precast is continuing to be stood and is likely to be complete by mid-March. The month of February also saw the installation of the first lift central core panels.

Design continued to progress in February seeing the completion of the Mechanical Design for the basement levels and the final structural designs of the Lower Ground Floor.

The design of the pool is currently undergoing further review to ensure it fits the intended purpose for all users.

Construction will continue to progress in line with the current construction programme.
