During the month of March 2018, Externally the pool deck has been completed; all external scaffold has been dropped, external window screens installed and painting complete to all elevations. Externally the project completed 75% of the civil works including utility crossover, tower crane demolition and landscaping commenced.

Internal finishes saw the paint, joinery and tiling complete to Level 3 with Level 4 – 50% complete and ceiling and partitions completed to the extent of the project.
