Stage 1:

Construction on Riverina Stage 1 began at the end of April and is being carried out by the civil contractor Shadforth.

Throughout the month of June, the civil contractor completed 70% of the bulk earthworks on site and commenced retaining wall construction.

The installation of the underground stormwater detention tanks was completed in June. The civil contractor will continue pipe construction for stormwater, sewer and water in July 2021.

Stage 2:

The demolition of the Villa Private Golf Club commenced on the 10^th June 2021 to make way for the commencement of bulk earthworks on Riverina Stage 2.

The demolition program of the old golf club is 4 to 5 weeks, it is anticipated to be completed around the 15^th July 2021.
