We are pleased to report that registration of Stage 1 Riverina occurred in February and the new owners will be commencing their home builds in March.

The civil contractor is currently undertaking bulk earthworks across the entire site with continued import of fill and excavation of the future lake.

Throughout the month of March, the civil contractor will be commencing retaining wall construction for the lots in Stage 2. Whilst there has been a significant amount of wet weather experienced over the past few months, construction is progressing well, and we are currently forecasting Stage 2 completion in late July.
