MAGNUS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE APRIL 20th 2017

April has been a busy month for Magnus. Due to unforeseen financial issues with our head contractor Bloomers Constructions we have had to terminate their contract. This has not impacted the progress of site as our own commercial building team Pointcorp Commercial have been able to step in seamlessly and continue the project.

Maxwell Construction Update April 2017

Work has commenced onsite at Maxwell Street. We currently have excavators onsite remove soil and rock from the site to create both basement 1 and 2.

Magnus has progressed well throughout the month of March. The ground floor slab is now complete and vertical precast panels have been installed from ground to Level 1.
