The structure at The Maxwell continues to progress well. Last Thursday, the concrete slab was poured for Level 1.

Excavators are now onsite clearing the top layer of soil in preparation for the commencement of piling. Once the piling pad is prepared the piling rig will be transported to site and commence construction of the secant pile basement walls.

The Bloom Stage 5B Streetscape is now taking shape with a large number of houses completed in August with further happy residents moving in, many of whom were present at the Bloom Launch Day.

Bloom Stage 5B Civil and Landscape Works are now fully complete, which includes Bloom’s major park/kick around area located on the eastern side of Bloom Avenue. In late July/early August the first houses were completed in Stage 5B with Bloom’s first residents moving in.
