Maxwell has seen solid progress onsite. Whilst it may not look significant from the casual observer’s perspective, the continued excavation in tough conditions has continued on programme. The end for excavation is in sight with only some minor bulk excavation to complete before some detailed excavation takes place. The basement retention walls have also been constructed as excavation continues. Within the next few weeks the basement excavation should be completed and the crane installed onsite to assist with the build as the project comes out of the ground.

Project completion is scheduled for May 2018.
