Excavators continue to work away in tough conditions at Maxwell. Recent rain events has not stopped works progressing and the bulk of the basement has now been excavated. The detailed excavation of footings and the crane base is now being undertaken. Within 2 weeks we expect to see the basement 2 ground slab completed and ready to be poured. This will provide the site with a solid and water free environment that will allow the construction of the basement 1 suspended slab with relative ease.

Despite the long basement construction timeframe the project continues as programmed. We are forecasting a completion date Q2 2018.
