July was a busy month with an additional three levels constructed including level 10. This leaves one more concrete slab to be constructed early this month. Internally the completion of the apartments have progressed well. Level 1 and 2 internal walls have been constructed and initial painting commenced. Carpenters are onsite installing doors and architraves to these levels. Level 3 plumbing and services have been signed off by the relevant inspectors and they have commenced lining these walls with plasterboard ready to be set and painted.

August will be a big month for Magnus as joinery and floor finishes commence on the lower levels as well as the installation of the glazing windows and doors. The structure is also expected to be completed by the end of August.

We are currently progressing in line with Programme and are forecasting project completion for Q1 2018.
