April has been a busy month for Magnus. Due to unforeseen financial issues with our head contractor Bloomers Constructions, we have had to terminate their contract. This has not impacted the progress on-site, as our own commercial building team Pointcorp Commercial, have been able to step in seamlessly and continue the project. The team is busily working away to make sure progress continues and we have seen some excellent results this month. The Level 1 transfer slab is now complete; this was the final transfer slab, which can be notoriously tricky. From level 2 to the top of the structure the remain slabs are all typical which will see a quicker turn around in the slab cycles. We should expect to see a floor added to the structure every 3 weeks. Level 2 is currently under construction and due for completion by the 5^th of May.

In the basement, all formwork and propping has been removed and the services are progressing well. The basements remain dry despite the sizeable rain events earlier this month.

Project completion is scheduled for Feb 2018.
