Magnus is soon to be perched at the peak of Kangaroo Point, bound by the Brisbane river to its east and west, with stunning city views. A premium boutique development, that will blend both style and simplicity is set to dominate the Kangaroo Point skyline, and the hearts of those fortunately enough to behold it.

Magnus has progressed well throughout the month of March. The ground floor slab is now complete and vertical precast panels have been installed from ground to Level 1. We expect level 1 slab to be completed within the next 10 days. From this point on a slab should be completed every 10 days weather permitting.

Project Completion is still scheduled for February 2018.
