Construction progression over the month of October has been excellent with levels 4 & 5 achieved. The current programme will have the roof top completed prior to Christmas which will be an amazing milestone as it will set up “all weather” progress for the new year which will provide further confidence in the programme.

Wall framing has commenced in level 1 and will continue up through the building in a regular sequence with finishing trades following in behind which will see all levels activated with workers.

There are some exciting prospects looming around for the Ground floor retail space with multiple offerings being considered all of which will complement the building and its occupants.
