Progress during November has been as forecast and Hutchinson Builders are currently preparing level 7 for the first of two pours on Thursday with the second pour expected early next week. The main building structure is on target to be complete prior to Christmas.

Finishing trades are now on levels 1, 2 and 3 with party wall sheeting on level 1 now 75% complete. Window frames and glazing are installed to levels 1 and 2 with glazing arriving on site tomorrow for level 3. As back-propping is removed wall setouts will commence on level 4 which is expected to commence tomorrow.

With great and a committed team, we have made great progress over the last few months and our project completion in the second quarter of next year is on target.
