Progress on site during May was a big improvement on previous months due to favorable weather conditions. The bulk excavation work is complete and the lower basement level has been reached. Detailed footings have commenced and were due for concrete this week but unfortunately the rain returned. Work on site over the coming weeks will be focused on the level 2 basement slab which is expected to be poured by 22^nd June. The building structure will soon starting heading upwards rather than down for a welcomed change.
