Following Hutchinson’s commencement onsite, demolition works have now been completed in readiness for the imminent commencement of earthworks. In the coming weeks earth will be removed from site and replaced with suitable fill to construct the piling platform. Once the platform is constructed the piling rig will be moved to site and commence the construction of the secant piling walls which form the basement walls. Once constructed, excavation of the basement will commence.

Several meetings have been held with leading retail operators for the ground floor retail space. Stay posted as we hope to announce some exciting news regarding the retail space in the coming months.

Presently we are forecasting a project completion date of quarter 1, 2019.
