Hutchinson Builders have commenced the Operational Works construction requirements for the Brisbane City Council. This includes the sewer and stormwater connections to the site in order for the piling rig and excavators to commence the basement construction uninhibited.

The site has been established and equipment site sheds and facilities are being established on site to facilitate the commencement of the basement structure. The basement is expected to take around 5 – 6 months to build, therefore the structure should return to ground floor by Christmas. We are excited and looking forward to breaking ground in August.

Project completion forecast for Qtr 1, 2019.
