With the structure now completed at Fabric the project is now well into the internal and external finishes.

The rooftop terrace is now under construction and pool area is taking shape we have started to see the scaffolding coming down. Over the next 8 weeks we will see the unveiling of the External façade including the iconic Fabric screening, extensive use of glass and other textured materials, this building is sure to become a landmark on this prominent Teneriffe corner.

Internal finishes are in full swing with every level activated with finishing trades including tiling, painting and the joinery, with completion planned for late April the team are definitely on target.
