Fabric Construction has made great progress through January and February with all basement perimeter walls installed, all piles installed and Bulk excavation underway. Hutchinson Builders are doing a great job with the excavation now approx. 3m deep on 3 sides with the installation of Temporary rock anchors also underway.

We are expecting to be at the bottom of the basement in late March with the detailed excavation to occur from there in preparation for footings and the basement slabs which is expected to be completed in May.
