June was a big month for the site with the completion of the Level 7 slab and commencement of the internal works on Ground, Level 1 and Level 2.

The month of May has seen solid progress onsite. Whilst it may not look significant from the casual observer’s perspective, the continued excavation in tough conditions has continued on programme.

Construction is continuing as planned at Maxwell Street with the basement excavation progressing well and the construction and installation of the basement walls and rock anchors commencing. Hutchinson’s have now commenced work on-site, with the demolition of the internals of the existing buildings.
