The construction at Bloom Coomera has progressed significantly throughout September with the civil and electrical teams working towards the completion of Stages 5A, 6A and 6B for title registration in late October. This has involved the preparation of roads, with the asphalt being poured in the last week of September, the finalisation of lots and the installation of electrical, communication and gas services. The Build Team have continued with the construction of the Stage 8A and 8B houses with a large number being completed and handed over to happy new owners. Adjacent to Bloom Coomera there has been significant construction progress of the suburbs new catholic school “St Joseph’s College”, which is scheduled to open in 2019 and is within a kilometre of Bloom Coomera. This progress can be seen on the schools website http://www.stjosephscoomera.qld.edu.au.

The Westfield Coomera is nearing completion of its first stage which is scheduled to open on the 11^th October. There has been a large number of updates on their Facebook https://www.facebook.com/westfieldaucoomera/ regarding the opening as well as the Westfield website which has also been updated with the shop directory https://www.westfield.com.au/coomera. Both of these amenities will be easily accessible to current and future Bloom residents.
