The Bloom Stage 5B Streetscape is now taking shape with a large number of houses completed in August with further happy residents moving in, many of whom were present at the Bloom Launch Day. To view the full album please click here.

Stage 7A civil works are nearing completion with landscape construction beginning which has involved laying of turf and planting of trees. Stage 7A is likely to be registered by Mid-September with house construction planned to start shortly after. Stage 7B civil works are progressing with road construction well underway with kerbs already down and asphalt scheduled to be poured in Mid-September.

Stage 8 civil works have commenced in August with earthworks, retaining wall and services construction currently underway.

The section of George Alexander Way that is being constructed as part of Bloom to link the estate to Foxwell Road is continuing with earthworks and retaining wall construction, with the under grounding of overhead power to commence in September. Once this section of road is opened with Stage 8B this will link the Bloom Estate to the Westfield Coomera Town Centre.  The Town Centre is planned for opening in late 2018.
