Another successful month of construction has passed at Bloom Coomera with the majority of the houses in Stage 5B being completed and handed over to happy owners. With the completion of construction in Stage 5B, this has allowed the builders to commence construction and progress significantly on a number of houses in Stage 7A.

Stage 7B Civil works are approaching completion in the first week of November, with landscapers finalising the streetscape (turf and street trees) by the middle of November. With this we will receive registered titles for Stage 7B lots and call for settlements in the coming week. Following this house construction will then commence across Stage 7B.

Stage 8A/8B civil works are continuing with the finalisation of earthworks, retaining wall and services construction. The construction team is now focusing on the internal Stage 8 roads as well as the preparation of the section of George Alexander Way that is being constructed as part of Bloom which will link the estate to Foxwell Road. Stage 8A/8B civil works are scheduled to be completed prior to Christmas with likely title registration for these stages in January 2018.

External to Bloom Coomera there has been significant progress at the Westfield Coomera Town Centre site and is on track for completion in late 2018.
