The construction at Bloom has continued throughout November with the civil and electrical construction throughout Stages 5A, 6A and 6B now complete which has allowed us to achieve the registration of titles within these stages. Throughout the month, the final clean up of the lots and stage has occurred with the landscaping well underway. The street trees have been installed with the laying of turf and installation of bollards complete along a number of verges. The landscaping of the park has commenced at the beginning of December, with majority of the works to be completed prior to Christmas. The Build Team have continued progressing with the construction of the Stage 8A and 8B houses with a large number being completed and handed over to happy new owners. Over the coming weeks and into January construction will commence on a number of the houses in Stage 5A, 6A and 6B.
