Situated on some of the most elevated land in Coomera, the first stage of luxury homes are currently under construction at Bloom Coomera.

Stage 5B (Bloom’s first stage) Civil Works are now fully complete with housing construction well underway.  Stage 7A and 7B civil construction is well progressed with earthworks completed across these stages.  Sewer and stormwater reticulation has commenced on these stages and is progressing well.  Internal road construction will also commence in the month of May.  Registration of stages 7A and 7B is expected to occur in July and we will keep you up to date on this as construction progresses.

Within the next month, construction of the road link through Bloom to George Alexander Way is expected to commence. This road construction, when completed, will provide a link for cars and pedestrians to the Coomera Train Station and the new Westfield Town Centre, which is currently under construction.

As can be seen in the image below and the latest flyover video (bottom of this page), the finishing touches to the park are being made with the shade sails and park furniture being completed this week.  This park will be a key focal point for the Bloom Community with ample room for children to play, kick a ball and explore the surrounding bushland.  A walking and bike trail has also been constructed to link this park to the local Red Edge Shopping Centre which is a short 300m walk away on Finnegan Way.
