Another successful month of construction has occurred at Bloom Coomera with a large number of houses completed in Stage 7A and handed over to happy owners. There has also been a significant amount of progress in the construction of houses in 7B as can be seen in the Flyover Video below with the first of these to commence handovers in Late April/May.

Stage 8A and 8B now have registered titles which occurred in Mid-March and Early April respectively. The civil construction of these stages is now complete with only a few minor landscaping tasks remaining which will be completed by Mid-April. The construction of houses in Stage 8A commenced in Late-March with site cuts and the preparation for plumbing works. Stage 8B also included the construction of George Alexander Way which is now complete and provides the connection from Bloom to Foxwell Road.

The civil construction of Stage 5A, 6A and 6B is progressing with earthworks and the construction of stormwater and sewer services. These works are progressing well and are on track for completion in August/September 2018.

Adjacent to the site, The Westfield Coomera’s construction is progressing well, with Stage 1 of the centre on track for opening in Late 2018. As well as this Coomera has been a hive of activity with a number of Commonwealth Games Events occurring a short drive away from Bloom at the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre.
