Bloom construction has progressed throughout June with the continuation of civil works across Stage 5A, 6A and 6B. This has included the construction of earthworks, retaining walls, the finalisation of services and preparation of lots. The road subgrade preparation has also occurred with an inspection booked with council for the last week of July.

House construction has continued to progress across the estate with the completion of the last homes in Stage 7A & 7B and the first homes in Stage 8A with happy residents moving in. A large number of houses in Stage 8B have also made significant construction progress throughout July with the first of these due for completion in August.
