The month of April saw some significant progress at Bloom.  Following the recent registration of Stages 8A and 8B, a number of homes in these stages are now under construction.  The new section of George Alexander Way at the southern end of Bloom is now open to traffic, which significantly reduces the travel times for all Bloom residents heading towards the Coomera Rail Station, the M1 and the Westfield Coomera (which is scheduled for completion early next year). A current progress flyover of Westfield Coomera can be found here:

The civil construction of Stage 5A, 6A and 6B is progressing with earthworks and the construction of stormwater and sewer services well underway. These works are progressing well and are on track for completion in August/September 2018, with registration of these stages expected to align with these dates.
