Another successful month of construction has occurred at Amity Narangba with the completion of all civil, electrical and communication infrastructure within Stage 1 & 2. This has allowed the landscape construction to progress significantly with the planting of street trees, turfing of verges and early works to the park located in Stage 1, including the installation of the park shelter. The past month’s progress can be seen in the Flyover Video. 

Title registration for the Lots in Stage 1 and 2 is still on track for the end of June/July with the first homes expected to begin construction in July. This will coincide with the construction of the much anticipated Amity display village consisting of four display homes, which will be ready for inspection in November 2018.

External to the site, construction is progressing with the widening of Callaghan Road. This is scheduled to be completed prior to the first residents moving in and will provide an easier and safer access point into Amity Stage 1.
