Another successful month of construction has occurred at Amity Narangba with the completion of all civil, electrical and communication infrastructure within Stage 1 & 2. This has allowed the landscape construction to progress significantly with the planting of street trees, turfing of verges and early works to the park located in Stage 1, including the installation of the park shelter. Title registration for the Lots in Stage 1 and 2 occurred in mid July with the first homes expected to begin construction in late July. This will coincide with the construction of the much anticipated Amity display village consisting of four display homes and a terrace home, which will be ready for inspection in December 2018.
Civil construction started in July on Stages 3 and 10, with completion currently scheduled for late 2018. These stages will feature the large hilltop park which will be a focal point for the whole Amity Community.
