July was a major month for Amity Narangba with many milestones being achieved.

• Stage 1 and 2 received titles/registration in mid July
• Clients are now in the process of taking ownership of their land and we are excited and eager to start construction of their homes thereafter.
• “Amity’s new entry from Callaghan Road was completed which features a striking landscaped entry statement
• Our display homes received building approval and construction commenced. The 4 display homes will be completed on the last quarter of 2018

As you can see in the flyover video above, perfect weather has allowed our civil team to up the ante on bulk earth works occurring in stage 3, 4 and 10 which are the latest offerings at Amity, Narangba. The incredible central hilltop park is at the center of Amity and is part of this phase of construction. Featuring a grassy kick and play area, Basketball ½ court, picnic area and a large playground area we envisage this will be the focal point for family fun on the weekend.
