Construction at the Amity Narangba estate has progressed well in the month of February. The major milestone this month has been the laying of asphalt roads in stage 1-2 with the project now really starting to take shape. Electrical and communications infrastructure is on track for completion in March with landscaping due for completion shortly after.

Titles remain on track for an April registration date with the first homes expected to begin construction in late April to early May.

The much anticipated Amity display village is due to start construction in early March with construction expected to take approximately five months. The first four display homes are on track to be open to the public for inspection in August.
