The month of August has been another successful month at Amity with construction of the new display village progressing well. The 4 display homes will be open for inspection in the last quarter of 2018.

Clients are now in the process of taking ownership of their land in stages 1 and 2 and we are excited and eager to start construction of their new homes.  The new Amity entry from Callaghan Road features a striking landscaped entry statement and is now open to the public.

As you can see in the flyover video above, perfect weather has allowed our civil team to progress well with the construction of stages 3, 4 and 10, which are the latest offerings at Amity, Narangba. The incredible central hilltop park is at the centre of Amity and is part of this phase of construction. Featuring a grassy kick and play area, Basketball ½ court, picnic area and a large playground area we envisage this will be the focal point for family fun for our community at Amity.
