Construction at the Amity Narangba estate is nearing completion for stages 1-2. The major milestones this month has been the water live connection and finalisation of road asphalt and landscaping. Electricity to stage 1-2 is due to go live at the end of May with practical completion of both stages to also be achieved in May.

Titles are forecast for an early June registration date with the first homes including the full display village expected to begin construction shortly after.

Earthworks for stages 3 and 10 (the next two stages comprising of 80 lots) have commenced and approximately 50% of the bulk earthworks are now complete. Due to increased sales activity, Stage 4 is to be brought forward with engineering OPW approvals having commenced.
